Welcome to the Human Resources Department!  The Town of  Elizabethtown is committed to excellent service for all of our employees. Human Resources provides administration of personnel policies, recruitment, selection, employment, development, and maintenance of an effective and responsible work force.  This department further addresses conditions of employment, employee benefits, work rules, grievance procedures, position classification, pay administration, safety, training, and wellness.
